Hello! Would love to join this great group! I am a SAHM of 13yrs, to two teenagers! I think I'm more stressed out now than when they were little ones! I retired from Alaska Airlines,in Seattle in 1998, and have LOVED being with my kids ever since! Hoping with all this support I can reach my goal weight by May! :)

What keeps me going is how I will look at my 15yr olds bday party in May! Think of the weekends, when he's coming, he's proud of you right now, imagine how proud he'll be when you have done sooooo awesome in a week! You can do it!! Always look at the big picture! Keep me posted! You'll do great! :)

I've been on it since Jan3,2011 and have lost a total of 23.4lbs since.. I LOVE IT!! It really works for me, and is soooo simple...I've never stuck to a plan this long, and I have learned so much about food and my body, I will definately reach my goal weight and maintain it this time!

You should definately ask your doctor, but I know it runs in my family, and most of our women take a supplement. I don't, I live in central washington (they live on the westside) and I get quite a bit of sunshine! :)

I DO! I've got 7..left top foot, left ankle, right outside calf,left forearm,right wrist , Hubby's name on my right hip, and just started Jesus on my right shoulder, needs some color now. They are kind of addicting for me, I'm not finished with Jesus, and am already planning my new one! :D

I'm 4' 11" , 5' on a good day! :D I'm aiming for 130, I can fluctuate between 120-130, I tend to gain lots of muscle once I start lifting weights. Keep me posted on how it goes! :)

I started the 17Day Diet myself, on Jan 3,2011, and have lost 20lbs so far.. I'm on cycle 3 , (there are 3 /17day cycles) eating carbs, and still losing. It's a lifestyle change, and so far, for myself, has been very easy to adjust to, never feel hungry, or deprived. I was on Atkins years ago, but was hard to stick to, for…

Could be that most roasting is done in oil , olive, canola,vegetable oil, that may be the difference?
