I've had a Flex for about a year and a half and to be honest, I don't really like it or find it useful. The LEDs in my first Flex started burning out in less than 6 months of using it which made it difficult to guess at how many steps you've put in. I stuck with the somewhat working lights until the band disintegrated. I…

Mine will occasionally record steps during the night, never near the amount that you're getting though. In most cases, it was 10 or less. Even if it is set to sleep mode, it is possible that you will record steps during the night. I've usually just written the phantom steps off to a rough night of sleep where I was tossing…

I'm a computer forensic examiner for federal law enforcement which means I see a lot of really nasty things on peoples computers/phones. It's always amusing to do an exam on a cell phone and seeing the pictures and videos that peoples significant others sent to them thinking that no one else would see them. I can speak to…

My wife got me a fitbit flex for father's day last year from my son. Within the first 5 or 6 months, the lights on the display started burning out to the point where I only had about two and a half working lights. The wrist band also started cracking within the first couple of months from having to remove the actual fitbit…

Currently I'm a computer forensic examiner but in a couple of weeks I'll be changing jobs to get back into security engineering. Either way, I'm at a keyboard all day so the only exercise I get is walking in and out of the building. Due to this, I rush home after work to see my wife and son for about an hour before I'm off…

Depending on how everything works out after I get out of work; a couple rounds of rope and either an hour of hapkido training or yoga.

I started in Tae Kwon Do (CTF) when I was 12. I was in the process or preparing for my green belt test when I had to stop. After about 5 years of no training, I started training again, this time in Yoshin Ryu Ju Jitsu. This time, I was getting ready to test for my second green when I moved out of the area and wasn't able…

It was a good show. I sat down in the middle of the pit during Slayer set anxiously awaiting Slipknot. I ended up having flashbacks to the beginning of their set for the next week whenever I would listen to my Slipknot cd.
-
Well that makes me sad!
-
Based on some of the pits I've been in, I'd probably break the damn thing.

I saw Sepultura back in 2000 on the Tattoo the Earth tour. I also had a chance to meet and talk to Burton from Fear Factory a couple of times. Decent guy, takes the time to talk to fans instead of just blowing them off like some people do.

Just a short list of what's on my workout playlist: Slipknot Chimaira Killswitch Engage We Were Gentlemen Suicide Silence Sepultura Fear Factory All That Remains and quite a bit more.
