I have had great success with her. My body is trimming down all over. I wake up every morning and walk one mile, do a mile before bed, and fit another 1-5 mile walk somewhere in the day. I have tons of energy so I have to get it out.

I have my flex and I love it. The force was too large for me (my wrists are really tiny), and I don't want to clip something to myself. It is all a matter of preference.

I drink infused water. I get the extra hydration and then get to eat whatever I put in it at the end. :)

I use the sticks. I make it because that is how I am going to get myself to drink water. I alternate with a lot of the different mixes.

I am not a medical professional, and I love my meat. However, if it is an iron deficiency why not stock up on greens and Iron supplements? I have severe anemia and I have to take a good amount of pills to keep my iron normal to right below normal. If I remember correctly from my doctor, citrus helps absorb iron better.

I did low carb for a long time. Talk to your doctor before you cut out a good amount of foods you will eat. It was not good for my body, and I had to go on special nutrition and supplements afterwards to fix it.
