I just went on a cruise Sept 27th - oct 2 for my 40th I ate and drink(no sodas) but the good stuff :drinker: what I wanted but i dint over eat. I didnt gain and I didnt lose but I sure had a good time :wink:

week 1 day 5 100 crunches 100oz water

100 crunches done 75oz down as I fill up another 25oz so a total of 100 oz of water . Rand for 35min, walked for 25min and stretched for 5min. I also did 60 min of Zumba 2 on the Wii

I live on the 3rd floor and when I work out in my home its always after 9 am and no later than 7pm.
