I go in an recalculate my calories anytime I show a significant loss... So I'm only losing about 20-30 calories at a time. I didn't even know it'd prompt you to recalculate after awhile!

I have a 28 ounce water bottle that I keep filled at all times, usually refill it about 4-6 times a day depending on how thirsty I am. But then again, I don't keep anything to drink in my house except water, coffee, tea and milk.

I have loved reading all about everyone's furbabies! We just adopted this little angel from a local shelter, they had a booth at the fair yesterday and she picked me. Her name is Trixie, she just turned a year old, and she is wonderful! She has a huge personality, and she has already made our house her home.

I usually expect the estimated calories burned to be way higher than they actually are... But I never thought it'd be that big of a discrepancy! You can change the calories burned, though, to reflect what your HRM says, so that it reflects correctly in your journal if you'd like.

Both, actually. It depends on my mood. Sometimes I will just write whatever comes out and it doesn't make any sense, other times it comes out as poetry or short stories. :-)

Sigh. Tomorrow is date night and since we don't keep soda in the house this *usually* means I drink glass after refreshingly horrible glass of soda. Instead, I will order iced tea.
