It takes 2 days 6 hours 23 minutes and 5 seconds from the exact time you intake 1 calorie over 1200 for a girl or 1600 for a guy regardless of your height/weight/age/activity level.

Besides the obvious: Hats and gloves should never EVER be overlooked. A nice hat will help keep the warmth in and nothing will kill motivation faster than your fingers on fire from the cold. Sunglasses if it is windy.

Love 'em. Thankfully, between netflix and amazon prime, there is actually a good selection on there streaming.

This is water weight. Good news: The scale will easily go back down if you keep your fluids high and when you start sweating again. Bad news: Well, it's just water weight.

I think it was more about someone with a notoriously large butt who got famous for being a rich attention *kitten* and needs to feed her addiction combined with a relatively unknown company that was happy to accommodate her for their own publicity. Still not sure what all the fuss is about though. She already has a full…

Just sounds like weak legs and your mind playing games with you. Slow it down and give your legs time to adjust.

Mint gum/ altoids. Lots of water. Eat the good/planned stuff BEFORE you get hungry. Pack your lunch and commit to eating it before you can even consider eating anything else provided.

Yes. Actually. Your Leptin levels have a strong impact on your metabolism. Not sure I'd do it every 1-2 weeks though.

Yes and No. High water intake will cause the body to let go of bloat of heavy water retention either from not drinking enough or high sodium intake. It's kinda like a signal to your body saying "ok, well, we are in a place that has plentiful resources so it is no longer an advantage to stock pile all this extra fluid and…

You should go out and date a few jerks so when a quality guy comes around you can appreciate him more.

You should probably stop taking steroins before you bulk up too fast then.

No, only bc it's last on the list of priorities. Wish I had more time though, seeing commercials for some of the new stuff coming out makes me jealous.

I keep mine private as to not be a bad influence on people in my friend list.

So let me get this straight. Your plan of attack here is to put a band-aid over a gunshot wound? Being mildly hungry is a far better circumstance than eating yourself into a grave. Change now while the choice is still yours.

Straight forward answer for the win.

Everything I have read says nope for any distance running but BUT I believe there were studies done on sprinters that did show some noticeable results. So that being said, if you have any speed days or ever end your long runs with speed pickups THEN it may be worth paying for the extra dosing if you keep some anaerobic…

Stop setting up your yoga mat in the power rack and everyone will leave you alone.

Fasted cardio is great in the morning. Can't say the same for resistance training though. I have to be pretty amped up on caffeine to get close to a meaningful workout like that which leads to a bit of a crash later. Just my personal experience but different people react differently.

Kinda sounds like a food allergy. Hopefully you have been logging your food so you can go back and look at the times you were sick and see any correlation.

That's a tough one bc your deadlifts are going to have an impact on your squats and your squats are going to have an impact on your deadlifts. You could move your days around EXCEPT for the fact that chest/tri will have an impact on your shoulders and vice versa. It's like you have a push/pull split with just shoulders…

Here is the biggest tip/trick/secret there is: There are no entry barriers to jumping back on the wagon. Doesn't have to be a Monday, at 8 a.m. with a planned motivation talk before you start. If you want to start again than congratulations, you just started again.
