I've had a couple. I've always had a tendency to put on weight so in my teens I worked out often and would monitor my intake when I started getting soft around the edges. Then I moved far away from family and in with a boy who, in the beginning, had no cares about what he ate. It was a stressful existence and I developed…

Does it hurt? Are you constipated? This happens to me during an IBS-C flare up.

The main things are being conscience of food as fuel beyond "I'm full" and "there's caffeine in that" and am much more aware of calories. I've cut almost all empty calories from my diet except for when I occasionally treat myself and exercise has become part of my daily routine instead of weekly.

Saying what I'm thinking, rolling my eyes occasionally when irritated, furrowing my brows (getting a what I'm calling a thinkin' line), biting my lip, smoking, interneting when I should be sleeping.

Womp, womp.

Haha, witnessed this last night. I just commented, why are you bumping? Aggressive!

It's not a pet peeve, just something that happens a lot. "It's not coming off, please help!" "Open your diary." And then all I can think of is the Hodge Twins shouting "YOU EAT TO FCKING MUCH!" Just amuses me, is all.

My parents had twins and once they got walking they liked to run off in opposite directions. I always thought their monkey leashes were adorable suited them. The parent decides what's necessary for the health and welfare of their children, as well as their sanity. If no one is getting hurt, mind your own business.

Meet it halfway, you don't have to eat at that steep a deficit especially if you're struggling.
-
TL;DR: You eat too much.
-
The first fifteen I wasn't even trying, I just quit eating/drinking empty calories and started eating healthier. Now I eat a nutritious diet (at a deficit) and workout 4-6 times a week.
-
Empty calories! You have any idea how many calories are in flavoured coffee drinks and cocktails? I didn't.

This has actually been a problem with my life, because it places just under cracking me up. You'd think that would make things easy, right? Not. At. All.

No, I used to be slender and avoided pictures like crazy when I started gaining weight. The only unpleasantness I feel when I see the few that exist is that I wish I had started much sooner, before I got really big. I just didn't understand that really, it's kind of an easy fix.

It's like the weight control version of Everything is Illuminated.

Yeah, I started working out in the middle of my last relationship and we were goofing off when he got all surprised one day. "I think you're actually stronger than me now, what are you doing?" "Push-ups?" Don't think he liked it very much.

For the first few weeks I followed a 30 minute beginner workout with 30 minutes of playing games on the wii fit. Made it fun while making it a habit and after looking around, found workouts I enjoy without needing the wii fit.

The phrase "Lifestyle Change", make sure what you're doing is a sustainable lifestyle change is something I've been hearing a lot of lately and it gets more annoying every. time. A healthier diet is what got this started for me, I've just refined it and still occasionally follow drinking games with some Taco Bell or WaHo…

Teacher! (something about those awesome glasses)

They have cheap pink ones at Kroger all the time! I'm a sucker for pretty colours.

At first it was just a decision to do better and eat healthier so I wasn't really paying attention. I noticed my pants getting looser but I thought maybe I was just over washing them. Then a ring I wear all the time started twisting around by itself and phalanges don't lie so I stepped on the scale and I was down somewhere…
