i usually drink a gallon or more per day but thats just me...it makes me feel good my skin is better and my body feels better in general!!

it all just depends on urself...over the next 2-3 weeks i want to lose at least 10 lbs. i still have a lot to lose...but ppl still seem to freak out when i lose alot...but i feel ok so i say its ok as long as u feel healthy...

i cant stand chest and back hair...but i think some is cute on the stomach...everywhere else is ok so long as it isnt creepy and thick...

i cant really be of much help. i weigh myself everyday multiple times a day. it seems like the more i lose the more i want to weigh myself to see that lower number...

id like to hear about that too. im working out alot and im still young but still my eventual total will be 173 so im sure ill have excess skin

i used palmers cocoa butter lotion the stretch mark formula it keeps my skin hydrated and i also am constantly drinking ice water. the ice helps your metabolism and the water is good for elasticity

its prolly not the safest option...but i just go out and sweat it out...it feels incredible...like i can almost feel the fat melting off...then i come in and drown myself in a huge glass(or 5) of ice water
