Feeling horribly guilty right now! Parents were getting dinner at a fish and chips place, and I got a halibut burger. It is definitely not healthy done restaurant style, and although I havent eaten anything else today, I still feel bad about it :(

You may be able to find well priced BCAAs online. bodybuilding.com is a good site. I used purple wraath and liked it.

Today is going good for me. I had a banana and iced coffe which isnt the greatest but if i dont eat something when i start to feel hungry i get migraines, at least until my body is used to the fasting. Tonite i will exercise after work and then my meal will be salmon burger with no bun, avocado, a low calorie taco salad…

I ate this way for awhile a couple years ago and it worked out really well with my schedule. I am not a breakfast person and the idea of having to eat every 3 hours is tiring. I like Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown. You will definitely feel the workout, but it helped with my flexibiltiy and posture.

I really like JM Yoga Meltdown. I honestly felt stronger and had better posture in a week of doing this video every day. And I would wake up sore. Bodyweight training is sometimes harder than anything else. I think if someone stuck this out, they would definitely see results.
