I kept going to the gym with my last cold/flu, and I swear I was way worse by evening, both times I ventured out. This time, I'm taking it easy, hoping that with rest I can get back to the gym faster!

I prefer the gym. I find it too easy to get distracted with phone calls, house work, and kids at home. When I am at the gym, I'm motivated by the energy of others.

I use the body fortress, and I really like it. Much better than some others I've tried, and affordable!

I use the Body Fortress Whey Protien shake, and usually add some sort of fruit. It tastes pretty good, and filling. Only 3 grams of carbs per scoop I think. I am interested in seeing the responses you get to this though!

I used to get tummy aches, with a different brand I was using, I forget what it was though. I use Body Fortress now, and no tummy aches!

I start with about 10 minutes cardio warm up, then do my strength training, then end with cardio. I read that if you do cardio before strength, you're muscles will be exhausted, not giving you the best workout.

I went ot bed feeling like I hadn't eaten all day. I passed it off as habit (I'm a night time snacker), and hoped the hunger pains would pass. I woke up 3 times due to hunger pains, and finally got up and had a bowl of oatmeal. Now I'm wondering if it's better to go to bed hungry, or to eat a healthy bedtime snack. I'm…

I had a tattoo goal. Once I lost 20 lbs, I was getting one, I think I've lost 20 lbs a couple times since then!(lost, gained, lost) I'm just too scared!! Hopefully I can bring myself to do it soon!

I had problems a few years ago. It turned out to be from my cervix. A little surgery and the problem was fixed!
