What are you doing exactly to burn that many calories a day in the gym?

I get that, but you are taking things too much to heart. People are generally just trying to help and I agree with most. If you are in fact burning 1200 cals just in a workout and only eating 1150 that is not a good thing. You would need to up your calories to 2200 at least.

Too many supplements and scams, all it takes is a calorie deficit. Figure out your tdee, -20% eat that and make sure to weigh everything. Voila weight loss.

It's not absolutely necessary to lose weight but it is indeed a very handy and convenient tool mixed with a food scale and exercise.

Scales normally have oz and grams also 4oz x 28 = 112g

It doesn't matter just pick one, eat like that for a couple weeks and see what happens than adjust.

You can't 100% accurately measure that, just like your tdee isn't 100% either.

Yes it is correct, but the real concern is you are almost in the underweight category.

Basically this, the only time I drink a protein shake is at the end of the day if I have calories left and I need more protein for my macros. Otherwise you probably will be hungry after drinking one. And don't buy 4$ shakes or anything crazy like that, get a tub from walmart and make your own if that's the route you choose.

You're definitely not only eating 1,300 cals a day, you're eating way over that sorry. As said before get a good digital scale with a tare function and weigh everything. The weight should literally be flying off you.

Splenda, stevia, no sugar jello. There's lots just google it.

Eat as much as you want. It's up to you. If I eat something 'unhealthy' I am still within my daily calories and trying to hit my macros as best I can.

Honestly.. no probably not. I could see 20-30. 50 if you starve yourself but I don't suggest doing that.
