Just to piggyback what Iporter229 said, I was in terrible shape for over 2 years, prior to my diagnosis. It was the biologic drug, Enbrel that made all the difference for me and my RA symptoms. I just found and started Ease into it 30 days on youtube and started it. I was looking on MFP forums to see if I should log this under strength and I found this group! I joined! I'm a day late, but better late than not at all! I have RA and have not exercised much at all in the last 3 years. I just completed day 1 :)

Avocado toast, soft boiled eggs and a latte. My current fave!!! I alternate that with, overnight banana and peanut butter oats with a latte when I'm crunched for time.

I LOVE my Instant Pot!!! I use it pretty much daily. I make soft cooked eggs most mornings, yogurt a gallon at a time, soups, chicken stock, potatoes, the best meatloaf that I've ever made, ribs, dried beans, rice. I don't drink milk plain, but I make a whole milk latte every single morning. It tastes richer than lower fat milks and I enjoy it entirely!

I usually use coconut oil to cook my popcorn and a little butter and salt. I typically *kitten* it all up and diced by servings.

I read something a few years ago that in the U.S. there are many counterfeit olive oils and at the time Kirkland was testing as high quality and legit oil. So I've been buying that ever since. I haven't looked into it recently though.

I don't like to drink my coffee sweetened, so I make cold brew coffee pout it over ice, mix in either almond of regular milk and if I need protein which I usually do I add liquid pasteurized egg whites. Sounds gross but you can't taste it and I enjoy my coffee so much more than if it had whey protein powder in it.

I returned from vacation last week, I was also 5 pounds heavier! I wasn't super strict with my food, while on vacation, but I was still watching it. I have a 'Misto' bottle that I fill myself and pump and spray olive oil. It's a way to evenly distribute little oil without propellants. Just be sure to decompress the pressure after use so as to not clog the inside of the sprayer.

I like to add pasteurized liquid egg whites from a carton to my smoothie or iced latte to up the protein content. My stomach can not tolerate whey powders.

I do a combo of 1/4 C old fashioned and 1/2 C oat bran. I put them in a bowl and with my electric tea kettle I pour boiling water into the bowl just above oats and cover with a plate for a few minutes. It comes out perfect every time!
