I confess that I have had absolutely no motivation to do any logging or exercising since the cold weather hit. It was like a switch - snow falls, BAM!!! couch potato. I confess that I still try to eat the right portion sizes at meals - but my snacking is up about 200%! :(

I don't drink alcohol (it always makes me feel ill and I get super hot). I will probably have milk with dinner, and some pop while watching the game - and then I will try to force water through....because I do NOT want to drink a 2-liter of pop...LOL.
