Calorie deficit is key. To help with that I eat high amounts of protein and healthy fats because they are more satiating than carbs.

Eat healthy fats and proteins, they are more satiating that carbs. Drink a lot of water.

A mix of strength training and cardio would be ideal. Cardio is great for burning calories and strength training will boost your metabolism and help you get toned up. But just cardio and proper dieting will get the job done if you stay consistent.
