I got tired of music (which is unbelievable really... but all day long for a few years you can tire of anything). So I've been watching or listening to inspirational or informative youtube videos: Actualized.org and PBS Idea Channel are my favorites. When the mood for music does hit me it'll be anything with a great beat.

I've drunk it well throughout the times that I've gained weight and lost weight. It's shown to have a minor effect on metabolism. If you like it, go for it.

I'd like to join. I've gained and lost weight before, but I'm starting from my highest weight now. I'm 212 lbs. My ultimate goal is 135 lbs. I'd like to be eating around 1200 and working out on most days for an hour. My first goal is to be 150 lbs by October.
