I'm a full time college senior, have 2 jobs, am Team Leader for a organization, and am oh so familiar with stress! When I'm stressed, I work out. It's not easy to convince myself to work out or jog around campus, but after the endorphines kick in, I'm really proud of myself and it clears my head so I feel less overwhelmed.…

I'm not sure about a specific stretch, but about an hour before I go for a jog/run, I always eat a banana and drink water. The potassium in the banana helps prevent shin splits. :)
