Your post and everyones response has been quite helpful to me too. This morning I weighed myself and once again the scale had moved a little in the wrong direction. I feel if I could just break away from the 180's then I will be on my way but I haven't been sucessful yet...so needless to say I was ready to just give up…

I'm fat because I am an emotional eater and love junk food-especially cookies but mostly when I would get on the scale and see I was up a pound or 2 I'd think "I need to get that off" and then think "well its only 1 or 2". Friday should've been my day 4 but I didn't get to it so I did it today and it seemed a little harder than on Wednesday eventho I was sore then so YES if at all possible do it everyday. I am going to try not to miss again :smile:

I LOVE that pic! And I did download the app but haven't began. Still trying to get thru 30 day shred without giving up lol. Not as sore today and did go for another walk on lunch hour- now to get thru the weekend without falling off the wagon!!

Did D2 L1 last night...sooooo sore today!! Did go walking at lunch and hopefully will do day 3 tonight if I don't run out of time. Lasted alot longer last night than the first night :smile:

I have now done 2 days of 30 day shred and it HURTS to walk LOL. Today I went on a 30 min walk with a friend and of course thought I would die but I think the more I move the less it ends up hurting. Hopefully I do day 3 tonight and I think I will look to see if I can find a download for the c25k too! I am NOT a runner…

My "fat" clothes were getting too small and I just hate myself when I look in the mirror. Can't wait to comfortably get back into the clothes I was wearing less than 2 years ago.

I do the shirt strech thing especially when first out of washer and then let air dry so it doesnt shrink back up.
