I'm in!! Me and a couple of friends are trying to lose 10 lbs by the new year. We can do this !!! :smile: :smile: :smile:

i was just about to post something like this because of curiosity of everybody's weighing rituals. i weigh myself daily in the morning but do not record gain/loss unless the number is the same 2 days in a row. do you weigh yourself w/ or w/o clothes? i feel like that kind of makes a difference too.

do you have a heart or kidney condition? this can cause water retention.

i'm in the same boat! i have a small friends list but it keeps dwindling with people who have left or don't log in anymore. add me :) my goals are: to lose at least 30-40lbs, exercise 4x a week, and clean-er eating ;)

i think it's a great idea so you can see your progress :) go for it !!

You know what? You didn't gain it in a day. Wise words by one of my friends here on MFP. This happened to me just this Tuesday when I ate a whole pint of ice cream. It happens! Just pick yourself up and do better the next day :smile:

i had the same thing happen to me! only had 5 trick or treaters so stuck w/ two 100 count candy bags plus the candy my son brought home. will be splitting it up and giving it to relatives, etc :)

yes, i think she was the one feeding the zombies. she is a tab bit weird but who knows, she's a kid. i am biting my nails hoping that they bring back the meds to help Glenn !!

i think that the kids are the ones feeding the walkers ... remember they thought that "Nick" was like their favorite walker?? just a thought. another thought i had was, it could be the Gov scheming ... i'm really worried about Glenn getting sick !!! no way he'll die this season right ?? and over my dead body if he dies…

i also tried doing this but not for health reasons but because i read the book "the virgin diet" ... you should check it out because it's a really good resource!
