If one is Jif or Peter Pan crunchy you already win. Why confuse the market with others?

You can do some fun things with your newly awake hormone levels. but most of that is probably more trouble than it's worth. I will say that going to sleep hungry is not fun.

Nuts are great if you enjoy them. I use a blend of pistacio , almond, and cashews. They're very useful to fill out my daily calories. Also I sometimes eat a bowl of cereal. WIth cow milk and raw pumpkin seeds I can get the macro balance to where I like it and can easily consume 350 or 400 calories.

Wait will you do that? LIke is that a legit option?

Just completed 95 last night but it was tough. Definitely starting to take advantage of longer recoveries between each set. I don't really expect to get through 100. Don't see how the rear is less pressure on your shoulders, honestly just talking about it is putting some twinges on my rotator cuff. But honestly, whatever…

happened to me in the main hallway of my high school (many moons ago) after my first leg day. So yea, I can feel your pain. Was super challenging even to stand up :)

Just wanted to say thanks for the feedback guys; I'm close to failing around the same range (80) and it's very helpful to hear you guys are all struggling with the same weight. Keep rocking!

People have to find their own way. I think a lot of people are prone to modify systems they don't understand. Human nature maybe? Anyway, that's why folks a bit longer in the tooth are so valuable to the rest of the community.

Swim a mile 4-5 days a week, and I'm on week 4 of 5x5 Strong lifts.

No it doesn't. Couples counseling isn't adversarial - at least it isn't intended to be. It's about communicating ideas and understanding points of view. You don't surrender who you are or give up on individual goals. Good luck dude; sounds like you're really working and that sort of work pays off. As they say, patience is…

I had pain in my biceps and my wrists, and it was because of form. I realized my grip was too narrow (bicep) and the weight in my hands was too far towards my fingers. Once I adjusted those both issues disappeared.

I'm a big fan of critical feed back. I do not believe everyone that casually comes across my path should be allowed to provide that feedback for me, because in most cases they lack the perspective to understand what I'm currently improving. I do a decent job of separating my reaction to negative feedback from the value of…

No big deal on sweets. But cheese stuff (pizza, nachos, etc) make me happy.

I weigh, though I find clothes (belts especially, and additionally I use a vest I wore when I graduated that no longer fits) as a measuring stick to see changes in my body.

Hey dude, I was in the exact same boat. I started swimming around 360, and I'm down to 311 now, with swimming as my exercise. I've always been a decent swimmer, but of course at 360 there's a lot of drag when you swim so it's pretty slow going. I do use intervals, I usually alternate that with swimming laps; I find the…

Negative. Edit: You technically can if they're still friends, or if you choose the ex over your friend, but in general it's only heartache.

Yes. I met a friend at lunch yesterday and he took the fat side of the booth, and I freaked out for a second. I sucked in and sort of did the sideways squeeze-slide to fit and I didn't touch at all. Several inches of clearance. Very comfortable fit. Was a very psyche challenging moment for me.

I have lists of goals achieved, short blurbs of how I envision my fitness improving given aspects of my life, and a pinterest page that I basically wear out and read all the time. http://www.pinterest.com/mikeykhan2003/motivation/ I read it daily I think, and it definitely helps keep my mind focused on my goals.

Honestly the most value for me is to enter it before I eat. Gives me a perspective of what I have left to eat (calories and macros) and let's me be a bit more rational about it. After the fact allows me to eat on the fly, and I'm still getting used understanding nutrition so I'm more apt to make errors.

hips and thighs, and yes the face - but even more than the face there's a difference your hips.
