As far as I know still or sparkling both hydrate you...whether the sparkling would cause any issues that interfere with weight loss I am not sure. I wouldn't think so. Water aids digestion and flushes out impurities and keeps you from dehydrating so it is super important...its nature's perfect diet drink lol!

I am in the same boat...a good stroller helps! I have a treadmill and a couple Jillian Michaels DVD's that I use to get my work out in...just start small. Taking the kids to the park and running around with them is exercise!

Yes I am what I like to call a semi-vegitarian. I don't eat much red meat except once in awhile when the household is craving it and then it has to be organic grass fed and free-range!
