The only time I can see doing cardio, as it's been mentioned, is for a possible light warm up. My thinking would be to save the real cardio for last....energy won't get wasted on it and lifts will be more productive. Lifting days are for lifting.

Nope, don't eat them back. Although mfp told me to lose 1.5 lbs a week that my cal goal should be 1200. I laughed in its face and eat anywhere from 1600-1800 cals a day, every day. And when I stay with in that range I drop quickly without suffering in hunger pangs. I lift heavy and run too though and once I get back into…

I'd like to add when you significantly up your intensity too. I'm on the same program but increased my activity a lot by adding in more running and increasing weights faster in my lifting plan. It's making me really hungry too!

My mom and I agreed not to talk about my fitness for this very reason. I showed her a pic of a chick with abs as my goal and her face said it all. I had to abandon the idea she'd be my supporter. In fact, I have very little support with IRL friends/ family. That's what I have all you hot *kitten* on mfp for! :D

THIS. I successfully worked out through 2 pregnancies. Due to changes in hormones during pregnancy, your joints become much more loose.
