Yes I'm sorry that's what I mean, I can't go all the way down. I do what I can, but there is alot of room for improvement. When I go "down" I dont have enough strength to push myself back up. Would you say that's tricep?

I only said that because I know how rude and smart arses people can be. Thank you all for your feed back. I do wear a HRM when I do my workouts to see what I burn. I will invest in a foodscale as well.

How long were you on TDEE-20% before you decided to go back to what you are doing? Did you see a change immediately?

When I was at my lowest point in life, dealing with depression. I once at an 8 Piece family meal of fried chicken. 8 piece, 4 bisciuts and a large side order. ........yea...never again:noway: . Its actually been months and months since I've had one piece of fried chicken :smile: .

I hate cooking as well. I buy those Healthy Choice frozen meals for lunch at work. All are about 260- 320 cal. Good combination of protien, carbs, and fats. Much better than going out and grabbing a burger.

Everything seems right, but remember you need to change up your workouts every 6 weeks or so. So If you've been doing this for 2 month bow, its time for a change. Your body has adjusted to this routine. You've hit a plateau. Try something different now.

it been almost 2 years that ive lost 70 lbs, my skin especially underarms isnt getting tighter. after i lose 40 more lbs, im going to think of surgery.

Agree^ When I did have a 24hr trainer we would spend 5-15 min stretching. I can stretch on my own, lets get to the real workout. He would take me to the machines, but I told him I prefer to do free weights or use my own body weight. I didnt want to question his intelligence so I did what he suggested.

Both. He does the exercises along with us. He is in much better shape than the two of us, so of course he will do more than us. Yes , but that is my decision if i want to workout with a non certified friend. I do remember signing a waiver that 24hr is not responsible for any injuries or even death while working out in thier facility. It's totally up to me.
