I'm 5'4'' and my first goal is 130lbs. I am about 16lbs away from that goal. Once I get there I will re-evaluate and see if I should stay there or try to get to 120lbs. I'm surprised your doctor wasn't concerned about your weight, 200lbs at your height would put your BMI in the obese range.

I look at all my friend's food diaries daily, provided they are open, and comment accordingly. I would hope my friends do the same for me.

I don't eat off my kid's plate! She's almost 3 and I don't want anything she's poked, prodded, and possibly licked.

My husband washed one of my favorite shirts with a pen. It was ruined. He no longer does laundry. Sometimes I think he did it on purpose to get out of that chore...

I hate, hate, hate laundry. And dishes are a close second. I love to vacuum though and wish I could clean EVERYTHING that way.

An 8 year old SHOULD know better not to call people names, however, it's obvious he is not getting a proper upbringing. I don't understand why people are so cruel. Just keep running, you're doing great! Don't let them get to you.

I like to weigh myself everyday and at different times of the day. I think it's fun to see how what I eat affects my weight. However, I only record my weight once a week.

I just stopped, cold turkey. It was hard and I craved coke something fierce. But now I drink water, lots of water. Sometimes I have a sip of my husband's coke, but that's it. I don't even crave it anymore. Cutting out soda will definitely help with the weight loss! Good luck. ETA: I quit drinking it almost 4 years ago.
