Have egg whites instead of the whole egg. More fruits and veggies.

All you can do is change yourself. Maybe once he sees how healthy and fit you are he'll jump in and commit to getting healthy as well. But until then, don't pressure him. It has to be his decision. If you can't live with that then you both need to move on. I hope you're able to work it out though. Good luck. :)

Playing airplane with my two and a half month old daughter and hearing her laugh out loud when I lifted her up in the air. Picking my two and a half year old daughter up from pre-school and having her run into my arms with a big smile on her face.

When I was at my heaviest BEFORE I had kids, my husband's Grandma told me "Marriage has been good to you." I'm not really sure HOW she meant it, but it didn't seem nice.

I haven't done it personally, but a friend of mine started a few weeks ago and lost 5lbs in the first two weeks. I'd say it works.

I gained over 50lbs with my first because I didn't know any better. I just ate what I wanted and A LOT of it. My weakness was snickers and cheese (not together!). I only gained 12lbs with my second. I ate healthy foods and didn't over eat. Pregnancy weight gain doesn't have to be scary.

I gained weight while BFing my first. I ate when I was hungry, which was ALL THE TIME! This time I am trying to make healthier choices and only eat when I'm hungry vs. when I'm bored. We'll see how it goes...
