I don't usually have a problem with it, but last week I just couldn't stop eating! And I was eating all the wrong stuff to top it off. And I gained a lb. to show for it! Not sure why it happened all of a sudden..... I've been doing MFP since last July and this was my first real to goodness week of binging! But I got myself…

OMG...... I love biscotti! Sounds much much than the white cheddar rice cake I just ate! :indifferent:

I literally eat anything I want...... in moderation! And YES...... that includes bread. I've lost 27 lbs. including bread. It can be done! Take away all my carbs..... and you really don't want to be around me! :grumble:

Cholula hot sauce on everything and Thai chili sauce

I've read these types of posts so many times and I, too, was one who didn't want to increase. I've been at 1200-1300 forever. So I decided to increase my calories last week to 1375..... and I gained 1.6 lbs. Now I scared to stay there because I don't want to keep gaining instead of losing.

I, too, weigh and measure everything... even after almost a year of being on MFP! Get yourself a good food scale. I love mine. It will calculate in grams or oz. For other food that needs to be measured by cups, etc.... just use a measuring cup. It takes a little bit of extra time, but it's worth it in the end.

This sounds yummy..... with shrimp, chicken or beef! It's very "Thai" and Thai is my favorite food. Going to try it! Thanks!

LOL!!!! Yup...... add cabbage to that list too! :ohwell:

Can't wait to try this! Sounds delish!

I love roasting my brussels. Just clean them, leave them whole or cut in half, however you like. I usually put them in a large bowl and add about 1 TBS of olive oil and whatever herbs and spices I feel like that day.... the varieties are endless.... but I almost always use Mrs. Dash's Spicy. Then spread them on a pan, put…

I generally don't worry about sugar too much because I eat a lot of fruit and am always over because of that. I do eat my share of snacks too though..... I worry more about the calories.

I am addicted to clementine oranges or tangerines, so I always keep a few of them in my desk. I also keep some Laughing Cow cheese wedges and celery in our fridge at work..... 35 calories for the cheese... next to nothing for the celery. Takes the edge off!

I've saved tons of money on lunch food. Where I used to go out everyday and buy lunch, now I usually take leftovers from whatever I had for dinner. Saves me throwing away the leftovers and spending the money on eating out. I always keep stuff to make salads in the frige and packages of Laughing Cow cheese on hand for those…

Homemade Sweet potato fries with chipotle seasoning.... and any kind of Laughing Cow Cheese!

Oh thank you so much for posting that! I love pasties and didn't figure there was a "healthier" option. Definitely plan to try these!

Defitely need to try this recipe. I love putting it on wraps or sandwiches too.

I do both, kind of. I log daily on MFP, but I keep my own spreadsheet for weekly logging. That way by the end of the week, I know if I high or low on calories and can adjust.

Nothing will stop me from eating my corn! Love it!

What I have been doing lately is...... instead of using diet soda (which I tried and didn't like the flavor)..... I just use plain water. I make individual cakes in a cup and microwave. I use 2-4 tablespoons of dry mix and 1-2 tablespoons of water. Mix in a small cup or bowl. Microwave 20-30 seconds on high. It is YUMMY. I…

I love Leslie Sansone's DVD's. My favorite is the 5 mile walk. I have added hand weights to my routine. some days I use them, some days I don't.... just to vary my routine. I also have the DVD that uses the stretchie bands. Haven't tried the weighted vest or leg weights yet, but that's an idea!

yum! this looks delicious.

My favorite is Peter Pan Whipped Low-Sugar brand..... it's delicious, light and taste like peanut butter! It is also in the MFP database. Below is nutrition for 1 tablespoon. Calories 75 Sodium 53 mg Total Fat 6 g Potassium 0 mg Saturated 1 g Total Carbs 3 g Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 1 g Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars…

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Laughing Cow! My favorite flavor is the Chipotle Queso, but I love all of them. I eat at least one a day, usually for lunch with some light crackers and pepper jelly or turkey. It's also great to melt to make a light cheese sauce for veggies, especially broccoli.
