I won't say I have all together stopped eating anything. I don't drink soda and I rarely eat sweets like I used to. Fast food rarely ever alchohol is a non issue for me just doesn't interest me. Now bread that I will never give up just learning to do it better.

Ive gained and loss so many times I just stuff them in the closet years and years of clothing its really insane!

I cut out meat for one week and that triggered my body to start loosing weight again. I am not a vegetarian but this honestly was pretty easy to do, maybe your body is in a rut mine was and if it happens again I'm going to try something else to remind it who it BOSS!

I listen to music and read a book at the same time.

I didn't own a scale for years because it was such an addiction. I own one now because I need to monitor my weight loss for health reasons but I am trying very hard to keep it to once a week. I would really like to make it every 2 but I just don't have that self control right now. controlling food and excercise seems hard…

I grew up in a family where food was a reward for just about anything, negative or positive. It has been very hard for me to face this demon. If I could be 9 again I would ask my mother to think up some different rewards. Don't know if this is something your daughter is facing but couldn't hurt to mention it I suppose.
