  • @cwalbrun19, That sounds awesome, but I think you're off by a factor of 10. 2 jacks is 1 calorie so you'd have to do 7000 jumping jacks to burn 3500 calories. That's 1000 jumping jacks a day, not 100. But that said, it's a nice way to try to break it down into a tangeable amount.
