Until I get a HRM when I do something not listed I just pick a DB exercise that I "know" and that I think requires roughly the same exertion.

Cheers guys - thanks for the input. I guess I'll keep going the way I am for now & monitor. If I stick to the calorie goals and don't get the projected results then I'll know it's time to reassess and adjust.

Missed this - Big yes on that one Faith. Heaps of family & friends QLD wise though. Many were in Toowoomba when the Surf was up :/ Thankfully all safe and sound though.
