I love jillian's workouts but you may want to try leslie sansone walk dvds first to get your muscles and cardio ready. Exercisetv.com has her 1&2 mile you can try for free and see what you think. Also walmart sells alot of leslie & jm dvds for just $9 best of luck.

I just wanted to share my little NSV I had today. I take my measurements every month on the 2nd of the month. From Oct 2nd-Nov 2nd I have lost a total of 9.25 inches. I don't SEE it yet but I know I am healthier for all we are doing. I will check back in with you all tonight. Have a great day :flowerforyou:

I just entered my measurements into the spreadsheet. I had a total of 9.25 inches lost :smile: I cant see it but it feels great to record it. I feel like I'm starting to get back into the swing of things. I was able to go out for a walk today & had a great workout yesterday. Looking forward to what tomorrow brings.

I also put the auto code in for total weight loss (except for kg sry guys) so all we have to do is enter our weight and the rest is done for us.…

Sry I've been MIA. :cry: My OH had surgery this week and I have been going crazy caring for him. I have not completed and of my exercise or water goals this week. Sry for being mia. I've been doing horrible on my water & exercise. I have worked very hard at keeping my cal under control. Weighed in today 181.6 is my final weight in for Oct. A little over 2lbs lost this week.

After getting a great pair of shoes, I recommend c25k it slowly works you up to running. The first week is 60 jog,90sec walk cycle.

My 2nd C-sec daughter turned 1 in july. I'm doing C25k (it can be done with a stroller) Leslie Sansone walk at home dvds and Ripped in 30. It depends on the day which one I can fit in. Welcome to MFP :smile:
