I think I'm going to change my cardio goal from 30min mon-fri to…

I have the app on my phone so I just put my phones music on shuffle. so far its worked great for me since I have some stand up bits on there as well and it distracts me from the task.

The reason muscle weighs more is that it is denser then fat. This is one of the reasons a lot of us try to focus on nsv (non scalevictory) more then the number. It sounds like you are doing great.

Today I did pretty good. I drank all my water, came in under my cal, & did 30 min of cardio. I'm looking forward to tomorrow since I will be on my routine not someone else's.

Thank you for the encouragement & I agree it was HUGE amount of soda. Especially since I mainly drink water all day. I think my body was shocked and i was so thirsty. We went to see Courageous at the movies and i had 1 1/2 large (32oz) cups of the Mt Dew. I am going to have to bring my own water places and not count on…

Yesterday was a HORRIBLE day. I was away from home almost all day & only had 2 bottles of water. I rarely drink soda but ended up drinking 48oz of Mt Dew. Only exercise was the walking at Pumpkin Hollow. I was doing great on my food right up until dinner. We stopped at hardees (i was out voted) and tried to order a salad…

I was so tired by the time I got home last night I didn't post. We went to pumpkin hollow and didn't get in until almost midnight. 8,962. I didn't really worry about my steps yesterday thinking our outting would surely cover it. Well my mistake for being lazy.
