Suggestion. Don't weigh daily. it will drive you nuts. you will fluctuate by sometimes 2-3 lbs daily. Water weight, retention, TOM, what you ate for dinner etc... Weigh in once a week or even once every month. MEASURE. You may not notice the scale moving, but inches will shed. Good Luck!

They are having issues since the new App update came out. i got an email from the site admins saying they are aware of many issues/bugs and are trying to work on them. Syncing was on of the biggest issues. Not sure if we can do anything but wait. :(

^ What? Are you a nurse? I'd love to know where you worked. Talk to my coworkers who work 5-6 days a week 8-16 hour shifts because of lack of coverage. At least in a nursing home thats how it goes. Take-out, and having to scarf food down in between patients. 1 nurse to every 15-20 patients.

Lane Bryant has some pretty great sports bras for the bustier ladies. they aren't much to look at, but from what I have heard they are some of the best out there. i think its kind of ridiculous how much a sports bra costs period to be honest though. And some place (like Sports Authority..) don't even carry bras for LARGER…
