As others have said, you have a really cute bod as is. 125 pounds sounds like a reasonable healthy goal to me, but I wouldn't worry overmuch about the number on the scale.

The only person I've ever had say this to me is my mom and I think it's because she lives in another state so she was just hearing numbers and not seeing me in person and binge assured that I'm healthy. But I pointed out that I've weighed less in years past and she thought I looked good then.

I also live in the Pacific NW so I'm used to seeing them everywhere. I've never thought much about them. Would I want to work in one? No - mostly because the smell of coffee makes me gag. I wouldn't want to work at Starbucks either.

It gave me 14.5% BF too. It's fairly close, but I'm not that low .... more like 16%. I just have a small waist. It didn't ask me for any details about my booty.

I have problems making myself actually get into bed at a decent hour, but once I'm there I'm in a coma within seconds, especially on nights when I get up at 5 to go to the gym.

I used to work for a luxury yacht manufacturer and they built a boat for Jimmy Dean (of breakfast sausage fame ... he also had a one hit wonder country song, "Big Bad John" which is what he named his boat.) He was very friendly.

Go to bed earlier. Last week I was staying up until nearly one in the morning for no good reason and getting up at 5 to workout ....by Friday I found myself sitting in my car in the parking lot after work wondering if I should take a nap before driving home. But last night I got 7 hours of sleep and I'm a happy camper.
