Sweat pants are an absolute no no. Well, sweat pants all of the time everywhere you go. I know they're comfy... But... Try just a little bit.

I'm a 36 DD and I've noticed that my boobs have perked up (a lot) with kickboxing. Push ups seem to have not only strengthened my back and arms but, also my pectoral muscles. So, I can now go without a bra (on some occasions) without them plopping to my knees- as it seems.

Peanut butter and apples! Oh my dang. So good! A cup of blueberries, umm... Cookies? Jk jk. Fill up with fruit or veggies. Even eat an avocado. Half of one is like 183 calories. O

Before i go kickbox, I'll have a banana or like an apple. I usually work out in the afternoons and again at night and so it's right before meals.... So a quick snack before is always good. Maybe like 30 minutes before.

I used to be grossed out by Greek Yogurt, my mom would get Greek Gods or something, and I thought it was the most disgusting thing ever. Then I tried Chobani- Blueberry... And oh my damn. I don't eat any other yogurt now. It's so gooood! I really like the blueberry, lemon, honey, and pomegranate flavors.

Work out! I've noticed that not only have my periods gotten lighter, but my cramps aren't as bad anymore. So... take some asprin and go work it out for about an hour and you'll feel a lot better. :)

So good! If you have a whole foods, try MRM whey powder! There's little single servings of it, just to try it out. Get Chocolate and Vanilla!

I really like doing a whey protein shake with 2% milk, peanut butter, frozen strawberries or frozen banana (peel first then stick in the freezer) and Nesquik sometimes. It fills me up for hours and it's great tasting, and I don't think about snacking through the day!
