Same way for me. I like to focus on the way my waist is curving in, the way my clothes are fitting and the way I am toning up. I do weigh myself at least once a month... Just to see where I am at.

I try to work out at least 5x a week, and try to rest at least two days; Friday and Sundays. I think It's important for your body to repair itself by taking rest days.
