I had a friend who used to take some dry cake batter and mix it with a bit of water...and simply eat it. Sounds crazy, but it seemed to work for her! Don't count your sugars from natural sources like fruits and vegetables. As it was already mentioned, only pay attention to refined and processed sugars. :drinker:

Welcome! I think you could pull off ten in the first month. I lost eight pounds in the first two weeks. Ive hit a bit of an impasse at eight, these past couple days, but I'm hoping it keeps going, soon!

Last I saw Applebees actually has a nice little menu of 'under 500 calorie meals'. And they're supposedly pretty yummy!

Yay, something I'm knowledgeable on! I LOVE to drink pickle juice. I'm really active in an organization called the SCA (insert geekness here). We do a lot of medieval reenactment, thus we have a lot of fighters- men in full armor who run around swinging swords in 95F degree weather. We hav people who run onto the fields…

I'm not! Nor do I plan to. The only video related things I use are my Kinect games and my bellydance dvds by Sera Solstice/East Coast Tribal and Rachel Brice/The Indigo. :)

I rarely go to bed before 3-4am, but I usually log my food under the actual date as it is. Sometimes I'm sitting there, anxious for midnight to come just so I can have that small snack! :)

I've been using the Kinect for workouts, as well! I'm thinking about also setting up my PS2 again and pulling out my Dance Dance Revolution equipment! It works!!
