Not logging in regularly Logging less than 1200 calories Fowl language I believe that's all. I won't delete anyone for this really but, it irks me when people post cleaning,cooking,everyday life activities for exercise.

I log on first thing in the morning before breakfast. I plan my whole day and I stick to it.

I have tried that, but now my husband still has a pack :P I know that's an excuse. I really just need to change my way of thinking. I really need to quit smoking. Has anyone tried the nicotine patches?

I don't think I will log that day. I plan on eating a small amount of everything, and enjoying the day with my family. I have been doing excellent this week in preperation for turkey day and I'm not too worried about it.

I don't eat perfect, I care about my health but I also enjoy breads and sweets or anything else I like in moderation. I love to sing, I have been told I sing good. I don't think so as much but I sing karaoke all the time. I'm good at making a pretty tasty meal out of basically nothing or random ingredients. I'm good at shopping or picking out gifts for people. I have a pretty good memory.

I lost a total of 70 pounds when I was 16. After 4 years I gained back 100 pounds. horrible I know, but I got it this time.
