The only guilt I feel is from being super lazy all weekend because I was sick. I needed the rest though, so I'm not feeling that guilty... Any treats I have I account for in my calories, and they're frequent enough that I don't feel deprived.

I don't tend to count tasting during cooking, or the odd lick of the spoon when prepping ingredients. However, eating a sweet or two gets logged. Stealing a bit of someone's food gets logged.
