I know! The best thing to do is either drink coffee awhile before so you can go OR...do a warm-up like .5 a mile or a mile, then go home, poop then go back out and do the long run!

This book changed my life too and my husband is so happy about it! I am more in the mood and more into basically anything with him!! He loves it, we went from once-a-week to at least once a day!!! Guys, you should read it too! Give you some idea's :)

I had a stress fracture and tendinitis and I was down for 5 weeks and honestly the best thing to do is nothing on your feet! It sucks BIG TIME to do nothing BUT you will heal faster and better! So work on abs and upper body, it's not much but in the long run, it is worth it!

Hunny, you are worth too much to go back to that awful place! You deserve much more than to be scared everyday...If he wants to move to a city area, okay but not there and he needs to realize you are not comfortable going back there, have you told him that?

I would move for my husband too! Anywhere! BUT you are not married so I think for him to want you to move he needs to marry you AND not move back to the same place your rapist lives! How can he even want to go back there knowing that freaking creep is not behind bars! Maybe convince him to move somewhere else?

I am a runner now too! I can run a 5k in 26 minutes, a 10k in a 55 min. and in 3 weeks I am doing my first 1/2 marathon! I would love to be friends with other runners!! It does get addicting but so worth it!! Good luck everyone!!

I have been sitting at a desk for 2 years now! Definitely take some breaks of possibly walking around. If you need to ask someone a question instead of emailing or calling, go walk to them! At lunch time walk instead of eating..Maybe eat at your desk from 11:30-noon then at noon go walk! That;s what I have been doing and…

I am 5'1" and my weight was 136 and now I am down to 124 looking to get between 118-120! Feel free to add me if you like, I love having other short girls as friends, it's way easier to motivate each other if we are the same! :)

Any cardio will help! Start by walking 1 mile per day and keep adding it and then when you're ready, start running! Running will help you lose your tummy too, well at least it has for me!! And congrats on losing that weight! Keep it up!

Walk on your heels when wearing tennis shoes to build up that muscle! My husband and I were both runners in high school and that's what our coach made us do! I have them too-so I understand how painful they are!

I agree! I wish my husband would initiate it more!! Or when he does start it..it's like he just grabs my boobs and expects me to be ready!!...really? lol
