OOOOOOOOHHHH man! And my absolute favorite part is when Anna says "Are you sure you were'nt being careful about what you eat because of the cameras this week"? "No no no, this is a perfectly normal week".......Anna- "Really...because you lost weight". They cannot hide!!!! Love it!!

Been there! I found that instead of setting aside that full hour to a "workout" a did little things throughout the day. Stairs, bobbing on my tippy toes, I had a resistance band at my desk. Set aside 15 minute chunks of time instead of one big one.

I feel your pain. Most days I end up low on calories, carbs, and fats but over on sodium and fiber. Beer tends to be my answer. One or two pints puts me at the right levels and kicks up my appetite so I can stuff in some calcium and fruits.

Side note to all of us under 5'4". BMI scale may say 145 is the upper end of healthy but I have always felt great, comfy, sexy, and confident at that weight. It is not heavy!!

5'3" Heaviest weight was 173. Current weight 154. Goal Weight 125. I have never been below 140 in my adult life, but I remember how awesome I felt when I was a youngin' (I had a 'womanly' body at age 12). I am very curious to see how different things are beyond my comfort weight of 145.

Right here! I leave a solid 200 calories every other day for my brew. I love Yard's. Best IPA's from anywhere. If I'm pushing it calorie- wise for the day, I'll settle for a stout

Needed a new shirt for my little brother's infantry graduation. Went to Walmart and had to buy an XL for the first time in my life. A WALMART extra large.

At the risk of sounding vengeful...You can totally throw in the world's face when you do hit goal. 'yeah, I look sexy 'cause I workout' 'stitches a little sore? that stinks, yea, my legs are sore 'cause I'm training for a marathon" 'nah, my back rarely gets achy...because my core is so tight'

Most definitely! 1/2 cup favorite fruit juice and then ALL the things. I throw in celery, spinach, sprouts, and a banana.
