Poptarts are a big one. too many calories for something that fills me up for all of 5 minutes. they're not great tasting either. Also, Ben and Jerrys. I ate some Half Baked froyo for the first time last weekend and it's not any better than other ice cream I've had.

leftovers from last night; I had baked eggplant parm with salad

my boyfriend sleeps fully clothed, usually jeans, shirt, and a hoodie. I cannot understand it at all. I sleep in underwear and a t shirt usually.

I'm 5'4" and weigh about 138 lbs. I started at 160 lbs and a 36D and now I'm a 34D. They look really small tho now D:

I eat peanut butter toast almost every morning, but if I don't, I usually eat some peanut butter at some point.
-
I feel the same way. I won't order the giant deep fried everything, but I won't deprive myself. One evening won't make me gain all my weight back lol.
-
you look fantastic! great job

I think it depends a lot on your height how a <= 30 lbs loss will look. I'm 5'4" and lost about 25 pounds.
-
I love Blogilates workouts.

Greek yogurt. I wish I liked it because it's got so much protein, but it's way too strong of a taste for me.
-
I'm content at 135 lbs, and I'm 5ft4
-
Whole wheat toast with peanut butter with either a banana or tea.

Tom Petty, hands down

I'm 5'4 and about 136 pounds. I wear a size 9 /10, although I usually buy 11 and wear a belt because my thighs/butt are pretty big compared to my waist.

My philosophy is that when I'm truly hungry (not emotional/boredom) then I eat. I usually eat more before/on my period because I get hungry no matter what I eat. I never gain any weight long term because of it, so I figure it evens out.

You want to eat enough to fuel your workouts, no matter what. Calorie counting/weight loss isn't an exact science. You don't have 60,000 cal a year that you have to eat and if you go over by 200 you'll gain weight. Some days you'll burn more than others, some days you'll eat more. If you're under control for 90% of the…

this ^ Try doing what you're doing, but only weighing yourself once a week, at the same time and in the same circumstances. (most people do first thing in the morning after you use the bathroom). Give it at least 3-4 weeks before you decide if something is working or not.

I can't help you with the binging, I've got no experience and don't want to lead you astray. But I recommend doing blogilates workouts on YouTube. She's really upbeat and they're only like 5 minutes long but you feel it the next day and after a few days, you can tell visibly (as least I can) that your tummy, butt, whatever…

No. I'm a firm believer in the quote, "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right." I tried to lose weight all through high school, exercising and eating less, and always failed, because, like you, I never stuck to anything long enough to see progress. The reason I was able to finally lose the weight…

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/931670-bmr-and-tdee-explained-for-those-needing-a-guide I saw this post, and calculated my TDEE and took out 20%. I lost my last 15 pounds that way. I was losing at around 1778 cal/day when I was outside all the time exercising. So you can eat a decent amount and still lose weight

I'd like to know how he knows that the "eye candy" was under qualified, like did he the interviewer or something later? Maybe they were both pretty and qualified lol. If the workers at the deli are known to treat women better, that's not really an indicator of society as a whole. As others said, maybe their culture…

I might've posted here before but I don't care to check lol. I'm 5'4", ~135 lbs Chest - 36" Waist - 28" Hips - 37.5"

One of my favorite easy meals is black bean quesadillas. Just take some canned black beans, salsa, and cheddar cheese, put them in a flour tortilla, and cook in a pan with a tiny bit of oil. They get crispy and delicious, they always fill me up. I like to pair it with salad and applesauce. Tortillas, salsa, and canned…

I'm more confident now, especially with what I choose to wear. I was confident before, but I'm more comfortable taking more style "risks" now that I'm no longer overweight.

you look great! & the outfit in the second picture is adorable

I'm 5'4", started at 160 lbs and determined, for me, around 140 is perfect. I've got a medium build and feel like I'd look very weird if I went any lower. Plus I enjoy looking "average"/"soft" instead of looking thinner. I think a lot of women look good at around 125/130 at our height, but ultimately, it's whatever feels…

I've noticed, big time, & I only lost 20 pounds. You'd be amazed at how different a 36D looks compared to a 34D. My boyfriend and I are both sad about the loss of boobage lol. After I have kids, I definitely would see if a lift would be possible.
-
I'm 5"4', started at 160 lbs. I'm now around 135 lbs, my scale broke so I'm not exactly sure lol. I'll be starting maintenance whenever I get a working scale. I did the -20% TDEE method and only did POP Pilates on YouTube in terms of exercise.
-
why are you weighing yourself so often? weight fluctuates throughout the day; you're better off weighing yourself once a week, at the same time and in the same circumstances each time (usually in the morning after you wake up & go pee) you'll go crazy if you worry about tiny fluctuations that ultimately mean nothing

I just ate a lot of junk, and the thing with junk is that it just makes you want more junk lol. My mom is a binge eater and we had a lot of extra cookies, cakes, ice cream in the house after she started working again. I'm not only eating less, I'm eating way better since I started college lol
