I agree, on days that you work out, you definitely need more to eat more calories. Maybe try a protein shake after a workout if you can't eat more?

You have done a great job and you look awesome! Keep up the good work! You are an inspiration! :D

I have seen her before. She does corset training and that article was BS. That doesn't even look attractive. :(

For the longest time I thought it was "dirty deeds and they're done with sheep." O.O Then I heard a spoof that actually sung it that way! When I got confused, my ex set me straight. OOOOOH!

Hello! I sent you a friend request! Good luck with your goals! :D

23 and in college as well! It can be really hard to juggle being healthy with school and work and a social life (even one as lame as mine).

I watch it every time it comes on. I love it!

You don't need to spend money on a gym membership to lose weight and strength train! I do both at home! Just buy a couple of hand weights (they are cheap!) and you are ready to go! You can find whole workouts on the internet, and there are videos that include both. Popular videos that do strength training and cardio are…

Lmao! Love it!

Religion is a very personal thing, so it is very easy to get offended. I definitely understand that. Understanding that the OP didn't mean to any harm is what is important. She has had mostly bad experiences with Christians so she does not like those SPECIFIC people. I am sure the OP does not dislike the whole group based…

I will admit that I tried out Wicca when I was younger. I have a lot of respect for Wiccans. The prejudice against them is utterly misplaced and can be outright mean, because people will automatically assume that you are a Satan-loving witch who is going to curse them. Or they criticize you for believe in magic (really?…

I live in the south. But we do have a Unitarian church nearby, that I have visited. It hosts the local Free Thought meetings. Being an atheist is a non-issue for me personally, but I know that bringing a child into the world (one day) is a big responsibility and they will likely be raised to believe by my example. I am a…

I don't see a lot of people on here saying that they dislike Christians. Most of us are friends with Christians and respect them. We don't like people who treat us like we are below them for believing differently, just like you would not like to be treated that way. Try not to take it the wrong way. Not to assume, but you…

They really are sick. I believe in a person's right to protest, but to protest at a funeral is just in bad taste. SEVERELY. Every group has a bad example, most Christians I know are embarrassed by these guys.

I believe he was referring to you saying that you don't know what kind of Christians we have met, but you only know loving ones. They are giving you a well known example of a group of Christians that are not known for being so loving. It's a cheap shot because they are NOT the majority, but they are an example. They are…

I'm an atheist. Have never found any reason to believe in anything. I believe in science...but not Scientology. That's some scary stuff. I was raised by a Baptist mother and my Step-dad was Presbyterian. I didn't know this until I was a teen, when I told them I was an atheist. To them, I am pretty much going to hell. I…

If you find the answer to that one, let me know. I'm a sophomore and I am always screwing it up. If it isn't stress from school or work, then it's definitely the no self-control thing when out with friends. Ugh.

I am usually trying to figure out how to not go over! Then again, if you leave alone on the weekend, I will go out and eat lunch at a place that is TRIPLE my daily calorie limit. O.O Then I am still hungry later.

ME TOO! D: Alfredo would be very close to fries!
-
Potatoes. Especially French fries. I would be a happy, happy girl.

Great job! You look awesome! You should be really proud of yourself!

If you have been doing OK without it, then you don't need it. Instead of using a diet pill to make you watch your fat intake, why don't you just watch your fat intake yourself? Aren't you just a little suspicious of something that has sideffects like that? Even as unpleasant as they are, nothing should do that to your body…

Aw snap, your post is way better than mine. Way better articles too. :)

Caffeine is not as strong a diuretic as people are led to believe (in the NYT article, it is about as strong a diuretic as water itself!) and technically you can log any drink as water. PLAIN water however, is best for you as is it calorie/sugar free, so better for weight loss than anything else. I personally try to log…

Oh yum! I wish I had a Trader Joe's. All we have is a Whole Foods (30+ minutes away ) and I'd be surprised to find anything for $0.99 there! But those look soooo good.

I hate a lot of foods many of you have mentioned. They are all just so gross olives eggplants okra CAKE berries (especially blueberries) brussel sprouts ham black-eyed peas hot dogs diet soda Fruit in cottage cheese (ugh, so gross) Nutella meatloaf pickles pickled anything most candy oatmeal (no matter what you put in it!)…

Me too! Those are my favorite! Dip them in ranch dressing, and you definitely won't be hungry! *drools* Ruining my diet one picture at a time.
-
I LOVE artichokes too! *drools* Especially in dips, artichoke dip is just so...wonderful.

That's the one that get's people the most. I don't know why I don't like cake. It's very weird. Funny thing is, I thought eating cake was what makes people fat. Apparently other foods do it too. Who knew? :(

I'm sorry, but I am not an expert on this subject.
