I hate that my boobs jump around! I find it weirder though when I am doing the butt kicks or whatever they are called, my butt bounces! Awkward! :embarassed:

I am on day 7 and I still have to take quick pauses to down some water. I didn't think I was this out of shape until I tried this workout! But it IS getting easier. I was thinking about doing P90X (lean) after this, maybe we can do it together too? :D

I always put spinach in my smoothies since I discovered that! Can't taste it at all!

My inner thighs. Even when I was 115 lbs a few years back (and no eating healthy or exercising), I had wobbly fat there. Omg, I lol'd so hard when I read this. I do this. So. Often. I definitely suggest sticking with what MFP recommends. I have it set for 1lb a week, and that is difficult enough, but not so hard I can't stick to it. If you follow the plan and put in genuine effort, the weight will come off.

I gave up caffeine in September or October. I drank about 5 sodas a day back then as well as sweet tea. I wasn't successful all the time, but now I am caffeine free. I drink water all day now. Which I use to hate, but now I crave it. Weird. lol Keep up the good job and eventually you wont even miss it!

I would definitely say keep working at it. If you have been doing the same workout for a while, try switching it up or set up a new challenge to push yourself. You can do this! You get points for trying and I know it will make you feel better. Nothing but time can heal the sadness of loss (through illness, death or divorce) but it is up to you to heal your body. I am glad you decided to pull yourself up off of the ground.

I agree, you will most likely always weigh less first thing in the morning. I weigh myself when I get up and after I use the bathroom, but before I eat! If I weigh myself during the day with or without clothes I always weigh way more! So don't worry. You are definitely losing weight! And I hope your husband is doing better!

I just finished my Day 2 of this. It is so hard! Yet I felt so GOOD today. My muscles were tight but not too achy, and I just felt...sexier! It definitely hurts when I'm doing it though! But so worth it! Can't wait for day 3!

Honestly, I don't care fore Subway, but mostly because the ones I go to just aren't as tasty as a Publix sub. I think health-wise, it depends on what you order. I try not to get subs at all because I love packing it full with mayo! D:
