I pretty sure protein won't make you bulky especially if you are working out. I have my own macros set to put protein at 30% (I use the 40-30-30 ratio for carbs-protein-fat). I also use protein shakes after I work out. So long as it fits in your calorie range, I don't see what the problem would be.

The signs the guy was holding did say Kickboxing/Krav Maga. I saw a show once (Fight Quest I think it was called?) and the guy took some Krav Maga lessons and it looked pretty awesome. The girl kicked his butt! lol

I love cottage cheese! Always have! I never had to "acquire" a taste for it. I eat mine plain with pepper. Yum! I HATE mixing fruit with it. I just don't like it. Try it both ways and see which you like best. But if you don't like it, there is nothing wrong with that!
