I'm 4'11 146. I eat 1200, I'm fairly active with 20k steps a day gym 6 times a week. I don't usually eat back exercise calories unless I'm extremely hungry. I lose average 2 lbs a week, sometimes more sometimes less. Goal weight is a range depending on how I feel 120-100lbs

Hi, I started with needing to lose 140lbs, I just lost the 100th and now trying to lose the last 40! Feel free to add.

You just have to eat less than you burn to lose weight. You can't lose from a specific part of your body. So if you just follow the calories MFP gives you you will lose the weight and it will eventually come off from your belly.

I don't care at all. My body has changed so much in the last few months that I feel a little disassociated with it at the moment so when I speak about it it's as if I'm speaking about a separate entity. That's a weird way of putting it but no, I'm proud of how far I've come and I know I will get to the end.

Last time I fell for this mantra I stalled for a year cause I rationalized "EAT MORE 2 LOSE WEIGHT HEHEHEH11!!" Not gonna fall for it again.

Be aware of this fat acceptance misinformation going around and also be aware that starvation mode is not a thing, you cannot eat more to lose more.

I read through the success stories here for women my height and highest weight (246) and realized if they could do it I could. I researched about calories and learned about bmr and tdee to the point I was comfortable with finding my own personal numbers and started eating within them. Motivation is fleeting though so after…

SW 246 mostly 18s with a few 20s CW 148 10s maybe a few 8s? I keep buying things and they don't fit, kinda annoying
-
I eat anything I want in moderation. Calories in calories out

r/fatlogic Pulling the wool from my eyes about obesity and seeing thick as cute

you must have negative calories selected. The 232 was a prediction based on your previous days but you did'nt move enough to fulfill that so they took some calories away. Google fitbit negative calories for a better description.

This is a thing I've been trying to do but it's a little bit harder for me as I'm 4'11 so need to find pants that aren't too long. It's hard finding things in regular stores as sometimes the short is too long but in thrift stores it's nearly impossible! haha. I can do the tops though :)

How your self esteem plummets when you have to walk around with super baggy clothes because you cannot keep affording to buy new clothes for your forever shrinking waistline. I just bought new jeans a month ago and they're already baggy in spots that aren't cute. I'm wearing a size 16 with a belt to work when I wear a 10…

It really helps my anxiety. Also I'm an alcoholic and it is my new addiction that I switched to.

hey I'm 24 and I started mfp when I was 22. I started at 246 and now I weigh 152ish for a total of around 90lbs lost. I still want to lose 50 more! I'm 4'11
-
I had a goal of 150. I'm down 90 so far
-
5 or so pounds until I go from Obese to Overweight!! 155 to 149 ya'll lets go!!
-
That's good, make sure you stick with it for the long haul though because this rate of loss will slow down to about 1 to 2 lbs a week. When it does slow please don't get discouraged and quick, this is a permanent lifestyle change. If you ever think 1200 is too low as well don't be afraid to eat at a smaller deficit to lose…
-
You look awesome, how tall are you? Me and you started around the same weight, I was 246 and now I'm 155 with 50 pounds more to lose and you look sooooooooooooooooo much better than I do!
-
I remember when I was on the left and I was looking through this thread at success photos to see if there was anyone as big as me who could get to a smaller more normal weight. Left is 2013 and Right is 2016. 90 pounds
-
I've lost nearly 90lbs over 3years using only this website. Check my profile picture.

No you have to change it manually.

I get excited to exercise and run in new places. So when I go on vacation or visit a friend in a different state or city and it's time for me to work out, I get really excited!

I'm an alcoholic and am 8 months sober. I lost 50 pounds the first time I quit alcohol and counted calories. I gained some back when I relapsed. Now that I've quit again (and for permanent) I've lost another 30 and counting. I sometimes miss the social aspect of drinking but I remember the horrible hangovers(I still get…

this is something I always remind myself of. If it's easy it's nothing special or worth it.

I added my name but the percentages aren't working automatically, any fix for this? I'm not too sure how to calculate them myself it's a little confusing with the week 1-2% part
-
Someone called me tiny, I was very happy! I still got like 60 pounds to go though haha
-
Do I need to add my name and stats to the spreadsheet? I'm not sure how to and I don't want to mess up everything. And are the miles we complete actually minutes of activity we do a day?
-
Thank you all for the warm welcome and friend requests!! I'm going to read up about this challenge as I have no idea what's going on and what I need to do! I just saw someone on my new feed speak about this and I decided to join!

Hi I've just joined late to team 3!
