Had an ex mention my belly once, proved 2 things.. she wasn't the one and that I had actually got a little fat. Sometimes it's the way it's said and not the message I guess

any exercise will help , walking works wonders for me , makes me feel better in myself too. When I started , a stationary exercise bike indoors helped me but I much prefer being out in the fresh air , wandering with my thoughts very therapeutic and freeing good luck and let us know how you get on

for me... 2 empty 1.5l bottles , filled with tap water then into fridge , take 1 out the next day and have it by your desk or wherever and strangely you find yourself drinking more as it's there. When it gets too warm or empty, replace with other from fridge and see how you get on It worked for me. Adding flavour may work…

If it motivates you to get moving, get losing.. or whatever, then it's probably money well spent. You will find that out with the benefit of hindsight though. I'd go for it if you think it will help as long as it isn't overly expensive

It might be worth looking at your profile and ask youself " am I putting out there that I am looking for Love ?? " or am i just wanting to date and see what happens ? It's great that you are trying and willing to ask for help, but from a singletons ( and very happy about it ) , I would be wary of anybody who seems to be…

Lots find it daunting but it might be time for you to try and get yourself out of your comfort zone. You know you want to go.. so go . At least try , even if you go at a time when there are fewer there. Push yourself.... you might be surprised how easy it is and wonder why you were bothered in the first place :) good luck

stop thinking of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle change and possibly a permanent change that will require a lot of willpower cheat days are dangerous for some, try your best to fit whatever you want to eat ( within reason ) into your macros and calories iifym that way you are less likely to want to binge , cheat or get…

Personally , things I do all the time , cleaning ,mowing lawn ..jobs around the house get added into my activity level. Those things I do specifically for exercise, walking, running etc are things that I count as exercise. If however, it was a long period of work , then by all means add it in, BUT .. not if it's part of…

good job, nice to point out to a lot of people that it doesn't always have to take ages to get results :)

eating less and regular exercise worked well for me at the start ... then i moved onto lifting. so far so good. Diet and exercise are key to reducing body fat imho. Lifting will help immensely too
-
For me personally , i log all that I do specifically for exercise. Anything else that is part of my day.. a walk to the shops, a trip, mowing the lawn ...or whatever... is just part of my normal day

30 yrs a smoker, stopped cold turkey 10 months ago. I did notice ( my HRM noticed too) that my resting / and exercising heart rate changed. I started doing a lot more exercise, mainly cardio to compensate for any potential weight gain so far so good, even during highly stressful emergencies you can do it

Many of us have found that we still eat the same amount but didn't notice that we were getting less exercise and subsequently piled it on. You can't really go wrong if you remind yourself constantly to be careful how much you ear, lift weights and get out and do some cardio. Most of us just stopped getting exercise, got…
