Save enough calories to have one waffle with peanut butter and honey. That's like what, 300ish calories? It's also a good balance of whole carbs (if you use the whole wheat waffle), good fats, and a bit of natural sweetener.

I had bad, bad breakouts all through my teen years and five years ago even did Accutane, which was intense, but did help. I haven't really had any big cysts since. Have you changed birth control? When I switched to the implant, my skin got so much worse, but when I went back to another pill, it got better again, then…

Since it's only been two weeks, I'd say keep logging and exercising and give it some more time.

I like smaller plates, too, and a side bowl of salad for extra bulk and veggies/nutrition. I drink a lot of water/liquid before and while eating, with a coffee or tea after. I try and save enough calories for a nice sweet treat in the evening, so I can know I can look forward to it at 8 or 9 pm.

I work in the same company with my husband and have for two years. It's been fine, though we work in different offices at the moment, when we move buildings we'll be in the same room. I like it because we can go for lunch together or walk home together, gossip about people at work. It's funny though because for the first 5…

I find the longer I do it, the more relaxed I get. It's been 3 weeks back on the "eat healthier" wagon, and the first two weeks I was obsessive, but now I'm a bit more lenient. I still eat within my calorie range, but I've gotten more used to it - my body's no longer expecting to get 500-800 more calories a day. Exercise…
