I feel terrible mentally and physically. I came back to mfp a few days ago but I am struggling to stay focused and get back into routine.

  • Thank you for all your help Pfil!! I raised my calorie intake up to 1400. I did a ton of reading on the forums and the web and I feel comfortable with the increase. Hopefully the increased calories will give me some pep and raise my spirits a bit. :drinker:
  • I appreciate your help! I am 5'5 and current weight is 210. Goal weight for now is 160. I put the fitbit force on my "Santa list" and I think he already bought it because when I mentioned going to shop for one this past weekend he made excuses why we shouldn't go, lol.
  • Wow and thank you, this has helped. Mfp has me at 1200 calories a day for a 2 pound loss and 1320 for 1.5 per week. The calculators on other sites are estimating my calorie needs at 1500-1700 for a 2 pound loss. I joined mfp in August and have only lost 10 pounds.   • My indulgence yesterday was 200 calories of chocolate covered pretzels. I did 20 minutes of extra exercise (circuit draining) to burn off 255 calories.

  • I drank a can of mountain dew yesterday and then did 30 day shred to burn it off on top of my usual workout. Today I didn't have a cheat food (yet??). Although I am really hungry and can't wait to go home. I didn't bring a lunch today :(

  • I've had a rough weekend as far as calories go. I celebrated Friday and Saturday with friends for birthdays (not mine). I drank too much and can only hope I have enough time to undo the damage by tomorrow's weigh in. :(
