Busy momma here, too, to 2 little boys, with a full time job. I run at lunch and I do Jillian Michael's dvds at night after they go to bed. Makes for a longer day, but feeling better this year now that I've started working on me, too, in addition to all of their stuff. Lots of luck to you. It's a daily struggle for sure. :)

add it to spag or your lasagna to replace ricotta cheese. Easy peasy pasta bake with spag, spag sauce, cottage cheese, meet of choice and low fat shredded mozz. Not too bad..and makes me feel like I'm cheating and my kids LOVE it.

My family is addicted to Ninja Warrior.. My 3 and 4 year old are constantly wanting to watch it on the DVR and both want to be the first American Ninja Warrior. It's not a bad goal to have. We love it!

I'm 5'7 and 157 currently - in Size 12 (US), but pants are feeling a little loose. I would like to get down to 150 size 8/10. BMI shows in the healthy range for me now, which is somewhere I haven't been in a while. Good luck to you!! We can do it!!
