BBQ dry rubbed pork chops on the indoor grill, brown rice and steamed veggies. Yogurt berry smoothie for dessert. :)

And now I'm a puddle of tears watching the whole series of reunions videos. *wipes eyes* Oh the feels.

For me a binge isn't so much eating a ton in one sitting, because I have trouble eating very much at once. For me a binge is eating a lot of unhealthy food over the course of the day. I'm a grazer. I work at home on my computer so it's very easy for me to have a bag of chips or some cookies or whatever right there to graze…

Good luck, I hope whatever happens with the casting you continue to work hard and achieve your goals. I did go watch and like your vid, I hope it helped a little! Definitely keep us posted, it'd be fun to root for someone I 'know', however small the connection might be. :)

I mostly wear jammies and yoga pants/tshirts. I work from home as a writer lol, so no dress code when I can simply roll out of bed, plop down at the desk (or on the couch with the laptop) and get to work! :)

My partner went to a doctor about her weight and was told that unless she stuck to an 800 calorie a day diet she'd never lose any weight. I was horrified. I got her on MFP and tracking and walking every night with me and she's lost 20 pounds in just a couple of months, eating around 1600 calories a day per MFP recs. And…

I just think you need to be brutally honest here. I'm just starting out myself, so I'm certainly no expert, but I think the fact that you are eating two entire containers of Ben and Jerry's in one day on top of stuff like pizza and chips and all that else is to blame, not eating back any calories you might have burned. I…

I let my lifestyle dictate my body. I work from home as an author so I spend upwards of 12 hours a day at my computer. My desk is in the converted dining room I use as an office so it's oh so convenient to the kitchen and food. That's pretty much how this happened. I'd graze constantly while sitting on my *kitten* all day…

This. If you only buy healthy snacks, then you don't have to worry about them leaving the sugary stuff behind and eating all your healthy stuff. Add to that - they're teenagers. They eat constantly. They're growing constantly and burn a lot more calories than we do, a lot faster. Especially if they're boys, dear god boys…

This sounds amazing. Minus the cheese and the olive oil (sprays work just as well imo) it's just under 200 calories per serving (according to the MFP recipe calculator). Much more on plan for me. Thanks for the idea!

This is what I was going to suggest. If that's your food for the day, where are your fruits and vegetables? You've got carbs and fats and a little bit of protein. Steam some broccoli to go with dinner, have an apple or melon to go with lunch, some berries with breakfast. That will bring you to your calorie goal and give…

I did check it against the MFP for circuit training and yep, it's pretty much the same thing, less ten calories. So it seems my HRM is accurate! Thank you all so much, I didn't want to over-estimate, even though I don't plan to eat my calories back. :) You guys are super awesome.

It does have a chest strap, yes. It's a really well-rated HRM on Amazon. Huh, the 268 just seemed really high for only 15 minutes work. But I have no idea about anything, which is why I wanted to ask lol. I was hoping I was wrong and it sounds like I might be. Thank you!
