Yes you should stop! I have done them since I was 16 and now at 45 it is a miracle I am not in a wheelchair... the hammer was ready to fall with each squat..

When you go to the gym, never wipe off your sweat from a bench or machine because most people don't mind and they are sweating as well. So it is a waste of time.. -Since no one pays attention to other people in the locker room, all gyms should have co-ed locker rooms. Squats are bad for you, you will destroy your back, don't do them....

If you have a bad day, make sure you have an epic next day! You will hate it, it won't be plesant, but later you will love it the exercises that you aviod are the ones that will get you in the best shape usually. Wait a half hour afer eating before you get seconds...you probably won't feel like seconds.

I ride my bike to the gym often and it is good for cardio, and you feel like you are loosened up, but it does nothing for shaping the *kitten*.. do some squats, stiff leg deadlifts or lunges, and maybe some squats?

I always put a lower number, if I lifted for an hour I will put 20 minutes circuit training. It worked for me last time I was on this site. but people who say you get no calories burned from strength training, I strongly disagree with that.

I might be wrong, but any lifting exercise that is leaving you breathing hard and sweating (like doing super-sets) I count that as circuit training. I mean if you are doing sqauts super- setted with lunges or kettlebells, you are burning calories!

How about robots that would do all the house cleaning, yardwork, cook, put the dogs out and any other task you programed it to do? and they do a great job! Say the first ones rolled off the line at $30,000.00 per robot? would you buy one?
